It's time to get organised with an eating plan & your new schedule so....

Whether you're heading back to school or spend your days in an office, bringing your lunch, cuts calories and saves you money.

With a little planning and a visit to our store you will find all the ingredients for healthy meals.  A weekly eating plan doesn't leave you wandering what you should cook for dinner? Or what you have to buy when you get to the store?  It also helps you make the most of your groceries & keeping your produce at its freshest whilst keeping a little extra money in your pocket.

Check out this site for more ideas to get organsied with an eating plan:

Do you have 2 or more kids? I found this book & site extremely helpful:

For back to school:

Keep the lunches exciting by trying our selection of variety bread.  Gluten Free, Yeast Free, Soya Free, Dairy Free Spelt Bread, Rye Bread, Barley Bread & freshly baked bread on the premises.  A simple idea is to use up your fillings & change the style of bread for something new.  If your children (like mine) are set on just salami or just mortadella & not keen to try anything new or different, simply changing the bread makes for a nice change while still getting (what they like) & their daily nutrition.

The following breads are available in store:

Top 5 Lunch Ideas

1.      Cold Cuts Sandwich

This sandwich possesses energy beyond that of ordinary lunch favorites thanks to salami, prosciutto, provolone and fresh tomatoes and roasted red peppers.

2.      Roasted  Beetroot, Avocado, Goat Cheese Sandwich

3.      Turkey sandwich

4. Sardine & Salad Sandwich

Sardines are a super seafood. They’re virtually mercury-free, high in omega-3’s and are also packed with iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc and Vitamin B’s.

5. Fast Fresh Fruit

How can fresh fruit compete with ready-to-eat junk food when your little one sits down at lunch? Make it easy & fun, toss together a colorful fruit salad, and spoon into single-serving containers.  They'll get more fruit than they bargained for!!!

Other snack idea's all available in store & under 5 dollars:
